Hi, I’m jenna ochoa.

I created this practice with a deep respect for the roles people carry in their lives—especially those who serve as the hearth of our homes and the shields of our communities.

Mothers are often the emotional center of their families—the hearth that keeps everything warm, steady, and running. Yet many moms carry stress, anxiety, exhaustion, and self-doubt quietly while continuing to care for everyone around them. Pregnancy, postpartum, and the many transitions of motherhood can bring both joy and unexpected emotional challenges. I am passionate about supporting women during these seasons by providing a space where they can slow down, process their experiences, and reconnect with themselves.

I also work with first responders, the shields of our communities, who face intense and demanding situations in the line of duty. The nature of this work can bring unique stressors, including trauma exposure, emotional fatigue, and the challenge of balancing work and family life. Therapy can provide a confidential and supportive space to process these experiences, strengthen coping strategies, and protect long-term wellbeing.

In addition to these areas, I work with individuals experiencing general anxiety and chronic stress. Anxiety can show up in many ways—racing thoughts, constant worry, difficulty relaxing, irritability, trouble sleeping, or feeling overwhelmed by everyday responsibilities. Many people feel like they are always “on edge” or carrying a mental load that never fully shuts off. Therapy can help you understand the patterns behind your anxiety, learn practical tools to manage it, and develop a greater sense of calm and control in your daily life.

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I strive to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported while working toward meaningful change.

Whether you are navigating the demands of motherhood, managing the pressures of a high-stress profession, or simply feeling overwhelmed by anxiety and life’s challenges, my goal is to help you feel less alone, more empowered, and better equipped to move forward.
